DECORATING AGREEMENT

TK Space Lifts promises to…

1. Provide a customized design plan,  paint

colors and a shoppable furniture list based on your style, budget, and room

photos within 2 business days of home call.

2. Two design revisions.

3. Design Revision Request is delivered within 2 days of Client Request.

You, the client understands that…

1. Initial Consultation is $125 and does not go towards the Design Fee.

2. Design plans and fees do not include the cost of pieces, (Furniture, rugs,

art, lamps, decor, finishes & fixtures), painting, electrical work, plumbing

work, furniture assembly, art hanging or any other necessary services

pertaining to the design installation.

3. . You have 2 business days after receiving the initial design plans to request

any revisions. Otherwise, it is understood that the design concept has been

accepted.

4. . You are allowed two revisions. Additional revisions are $50 per item.

5.. The design fee for each room depends on which package is chosen.

A deposit of 50% is required to launch the design concept and is non-

refundable after work has begun.

6.. The balance is due 2 days after the design concept is presented OR 2 days

after the final revision is presented.

7.. Payments accepted are Zelle, PayPal, cash or check.

8. Shipping delays on furniture, rugs, lamps, art & decor (aka design pieces)

are the responsibility of the client.

9. Any product defects are the responsibility of the client to return to vendor.

10. Any returns are the responsibility of the client.

11. This agreement is in force upon receipt of deposit.

12. Before and after pictures of rooms are full rights of TKSpace Lifts.

Package 1: $450 per room includes:

• Custom design, 3-D layout and shopping list with clickable links for client

to purchase, implement and install.

Package 2: $750 per room

• Shared implementation.

• Scope: everything in package 1 plus the following:

- Designer handles purchasing of goods to be delivered to client’s

home.

- Client and Designer divide implementation & installation:

- Designer orders goods to be delivered to client’s home.

- Designer styles furniture, rugs, lamps, & decor after furniture is put into

place by client.

- Designer hangs art.

- Client is responsible for removing old furnishings, rugs, lamps, and

decor.

- Client is responsible having the painting completed, installing lights,

electrical work, plumbing & window treatments, if needed.

- Client is responsible for assembling furniture & washing linens, if

needed.

ORGANIZING AGREEMENT:

$50 per hour with a 4 hour/$200 daily minimum.
