About TK Space Lifts

Tracy Kay became a Certified Staging Professional and joined the International Association of Staging Professionals in 2005. 

Her career has allowed her to be involved in all aspects of homes from decorating to designing. She has staged hundreds of homes for homeowners and realtors, created many model homes for builders, chose finishes and fixtures for hundreds of homes being completely renovated, lead homebuyers through the selection process of choosing the finishes and fixtures for their new-constructions homes and designed rooms in the first season of HGTV's television show, Get IT Sold.

Today, she uses her talents and experiences to help individual homeowners decorate, update or organize their own home; whether it's for better living or a more profitable home sale.
